Have you ever had a disturbing thought? A thought so scary you could not get a wink of sleep? I have gotten them many times. I have some good tips for you if you have disturbing nights. If you don't have any scary thoughts, then read these tips too. Better be safe than sorry!
The tips are:
- remain calm and go back to sleep with other thoughts but nice ones
- get a glass of milk, water, or juice and think about how the drink tastes as you go back to bed
- discuss the dream with someone
And most importantly......"it was only a dream, THAT IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!"
